Helping People Thrive Without Sacrificing Wellbeing.
MindWell was created from a simple belief: people perform at their best when wellbeing and performance work together- not against each other. Our purpose is to help individuals, leaders and organisations build sustainable performance through evidence-informed coaching, practical workplace learning and meaningful conversations.
Our mission
To help individuals, leaders and organisations build sustainable performance through evidence-informed coaching, practical workplace learning and meaningful conversations – with no quick fixes, only lasting progress.
Looking to the future
Our ambition is to build MindWell into one of the UK’s most trusted evidence-informed coaching and workplace learning organisations – guided always by professionalism, curiosity, integrity and trust.
Meet Stephen Williams
I’m Stephen Williams, founder of MindWell. My journey into coaching and wellbeing wasn’t planned -it developed through my own life experiences, a genuine desire to help others and a commitment to continual learning and professional development.
Over the years, I’ve developed my professional practice through coaching, counselling training, continued professional development and the ongoing study of evidence-informed approaches to wellbeing, human performance and behaviour. My approach is grounded in person-centred values – I believe every individual has the capacity to grow when they feel heard, understood and supported. My role isn’t to tell people what to think; it’s to help them think more clearly and make confident, informed decisions about what comes next.
Why I Created MindWell
Throughout my own journey and professional development, I came to recognise something important: many people don’t lack potential – they lack the space, support and confidence to think clearly about what comes next. The same is true within organisations, where leaders and teams are often expected to perform at a high level while navigating constant change and competing priorities.
I created MindWell to offer a different approach – one that combines trusted evidence, practical learning and meaningful conversations to help people and organisations create sustainable progress, so people can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose while organisations build environments where people can perform well without sacrificing their wellbeing.
The MindWell Philosophy
Evidence Before Opinion
People Before Programmes

Curiosity Before Certainty
Trust Before Growth
